YAAN RETAIL provides domestic and international courier, express delivery, freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, logistics, e-commerce logistics, and related services.

By booking a shipment or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate shipment and consignee information.
Ensure all shipments comply with applicable laws.
Properly package shipments to prevent damage.
Declare the correct value and contents of every shipment.
Obtain all required licenses, permits, and approvals.

4. Prohibited Items

The Company will not transport prohibited or restricted items including but not limited to:

Illegal goods
Hazardous materials without proper documentation
Explosives or firearms
Narcotics
Counterfeit products
Live animals (unless specifically accepted)
Currency, precious metals, or valuables unless agreed in writing

The Company reserves the right to inspect any shipment.

5. Shipment Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any shipment that:

Violates applicable laws;
Is improperly packed;
Contains prohibited goods;
Presents a safety or security risk.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Delays caused by weather, customs, government authorities, strikes, transportation disruptions, force majeure, or incorrect shipment information shall not constitute a breach of contract.

7. Customs Clearance

International shipments may require customs clearance. Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate documentation;
Paying applicable duties, taxes, and government charges;
Complying with import/export regulations.

YAAN RETAIL acts only as a logistics service provider unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the lower of:

The declared shipment value;
The actual proven loss;
The liability limit prescribed under applicable law or the applicable service agreement.

We shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages;
Loss of profits;
Delay beyond our reasonable control;
Improper packaging by the customer.

9. Insurance

Shipment insurance is optional unless specifically agreed. Customers are encouraged to insure high-value shipments.

10. Claims

Any claim for loss or damage must be submitted:

Within 7 days of delivery for damaged shipments.
Within 30 days from booking for non-delivery.

Claims must include shipment details, supporting documents, photographs (where applicable), and invoice copies.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software are the exclusive property of YAAN RETAIL and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

12. Website Usage

Users shall not:

Attempt unauthorized access;
Upload malicious software;
Misuse tracking systems;
Interfere with website operations.

13. Privacy

Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Force Majeure
